I have not found the reason, but there is a workaround to remove the latest sound samples in the recording. there is already a a Windows Registry value for the IVR server:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Avaya\IPOCC\VoiceControl \Configuration
Value= 7

increase this value to 12

note: this value is not the number of seconds, but the number of sound samples shortened automatically in the recording file
