Exclamation no update email no case closing message

Hi meiere,

I apologize for this miss by the email notification system. I have created a service request with our IT department - IT729780 is the case number.

Once I have a response, I will post it here to let you know what is happening.

For PRIORITY Service, create a Service Request online at Select Service Requests > Create Service Requests
