Default Error with SMDR Records (Call Accounting)

Hi All,

I use Avaya IP Office Essential Edition with a third party call billing solution (Acquview). But the problem I have is that the billing solution registers calls that are not matured (I mean calls that are not connected to the other party or rand but not answered) and at same time charge the account.

I contacted the billing software company and was told to make the Avaya System not to send records for unconnected calls to SMDR.

Is there any way this can be corrected or any better call accounting solution that can make this happen?
