We would like to know whether Contact Center Multimedia Open Interfaces -Agent Interface is available for Aura Contact Center Select (ACCS)

Is Agent Interface web service supported by ACCS.

I found CCMM Open Interfaces for AACC, But could not find for ACCS.


We need to develop an application to handle email contacts using SDK.
