Smile One IP Extension Quiet for External Calls

Hello all,

We recently had a new AVAYA IP Office phone system installed in our office.

All seems good so far, apart from one user who complains that external callers struggle to hear them speak. They are using a 9608 handset like everyone else, and no one else has experienced such issue.

Is there a way to up the volume of the individual user's extension, so callers can hear them?
