Hello everybody,
i need a way to get a ticket status. I tried with E-Mail support (emeadirectsupp@avaya.com and
emeahelp@avaya.com) and the support-hotlines. Unfortunately, I didnīt get anybody.
The Avaya-Ticket-Nr is:
75458.
The ticket is about the information, that is showed on the display when we call somebody. This name on the display has to be changed. I have no idea, how i can see the ticket-status or get it done.
Can anybody help me ?
