Default Call log in Communicator and One-X portal

We installed a new IP 500V2 and Application Server running 9.1.4.
The customer is using One-x portal and some Communicators ( The problem is that we down get the call log working. If the user logs on to an IP phone the call log works in both Communicator and One-X portal.

We have tried to create a SIP extension. No difference in this case. So it seems there is a problem with the Extension.

Another customer running the same release with Server Edition has the same problem. If we create a SIP ext the call log works.
