Default Preference Tab hangs/won't load when accessing vm from web
Accessing Aura Messaging 6.3 via web - can access messages just fine. Issue when I try to open Preferences Tab - it just hangs at loading. Both Chrome and IE. Could this be due to certificate expiration? (We just became aware and have a tech assigned to the refresh.)
