Cool Callpilot event ID 35462, 33591

If callpilot server has been replaced. I am advising that tech try and get archive backup of users applications and prompts. Get screen shots of callpilot manager configuration and SDN table. Replace drive and restore from archive backups. This will help determine if problem was with hard drive or DB corruption, when restoring from full backup. Make sure you have all your disks and peps before doing this procedure.
