Default Avaya 5410 desktop phone

I am having an issue with an Avaya 5410 desktop phone. I cannot get the message light to work. I am not entirely sure if it is the phone or the users profile. I have matched the users profile with a few other people to make sure all of the settings are correct in IP Office. I have hooked a known good phone to where she is located and when plugged into her jack the known good phone no longer has the message light work. So I am figuring it is the users profile but I cannot figure out what the issue could be. I also want to know if maybe I missed a setting on the phone itself. Any help will be appreciated.
