Thanks for your response. yes, it is a valid extension. strange that when the station covers it drop to the default welcome message and if you select the option to enter in the mailbox number you get the users greating. I performed a FEDB resync on all MAS servers and still see two VMDID entires in the FEDB database for that extension.
