Hi,


I am also looking to remove the system recording that says "Record your message after the tone. When you finish...". In my case it is Aura Messaging 7.


I have been told that the only way to remove this recording would be to replace the wav file corresponding to this message with an empty recording.


I can tell you that this file is named CUI_STANDARD_TOP.wav and is located in /mango/languages/en-US-00000000/prompts/ on Avaya AAM/MSS Servers.


I do not have the root password for AAM/MSS so I have not tested this solution yet and do not know if it works and if there is any side effects.
