To answer your question, Avaya don't support direct public access to the CDRs database on the Bridge. We developed the CSPI interface in order to “isolate” customer access from the raw database access on the Bridge.
But, it's important to recognise that Avaya reserve the right to redesign the structures in future release so there is no guarantee of backward compatibility for direct access to the Bridge records.
The preferred method for accessing billing data is to use the CRS Billing application.
The CRS Billing application does provide consolidated data records (Cdr records joined with their Codr and billing counterparts) in an output file. This will be maintained in future releases.
