Default Problem call tagging with ACR 10


Hope this is the correct forum. We have developed an application that acts as a controller for ACR. The only action the application performs is to send a message to the recorder to tag a call whilst the call is recording or after the recording as stopped (ie in after call).

Sometimes the tag attempt in after call work appears to not do anything.
We get the positive response from the recorder but the tag information has not been added to the call.

I appreciate any help.
