Generically, if the IVR is not a viable option you have a few choices:

1) Ensure you have a SSO account registered. If not, go to and select Register Now

2) With an active SSO account you can log in and create a web ticket through the Service Request tab. An overview of how to create an SR can be found at:

3) When logged with your Active SSO account, you should be prompted to interact with the Live Agents on the Web. Although Chat is not immediate, and not yet on demand, a few things can trigger the dialog more quickly.. searching / reviewing solutions, accessing product pages, ... You will only be presented the dialog once per session, so if you decline, you will have to log out and come back in again in a new browser session.

For PRIORITY Service, create a Service Request online at Select Service Requests > Create Service Requests
