Greetings all,
We are setting up a new IPO CC server and have run into an issue.
The voice topics are working, but email has not been added and a sequence of errors is displayed when an "agent" attempts to login to the email Group.
- Common error occured in call center connection!
- The E-Mail application has requested to be shut down due to a fatal error.
- No connection to UM system or UM processes do not work.
Any thoughts on what to trouble shoot? We double checked the work based on the "IP Office Contact Center - Email & Chat Services Task Based Guide", but it still isn't working.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
