Avaya Call Center Elite is a separately licensed feature, but Call Center software is part of Avaya Aura Communication Manager and documentation about Call Center planning and features, including Call Vectoring and Expert Agent Selection features and capabilities, can be found on the Avaya Support site under the appropriate release of Communication Manager.
