Hi Julian,

We cannot distribute a single greeting to everyone's mailbox. But what you are suggesting can be accomplished by using a caller application. This caller applicaiton will act as a front end to the mailboxes but the end user cannot change the prompt, it would be applied to all mailboxes in a COS. The administrator will have to remove that user from being linked to the caller application then only can the user have his own personal greeting else both caller apps prompt and personal greeting would be played. So it involves a lot of admin activity.

Not exactly how the customer wants it but this is the only possible option.
