Default IPOCC Overview Folder - Email

does anyone know if its is possible to restrict what topic emails an agent see's within the overview folder?
we are using this to queue emails, agents can then select however, the preference is to only view topics they are a member of.
defaulted lists all topics and this is both Agent/Supervisor view.
there doesnt appear anything obvious to configure this, yet I would think this is quite a common preference to tailor views down to agent level.
