Default IPOCC UI ERROR contact detail report

Hi.

Have you ever seen this error?

It appeared when the supervisor tried to open the contact detail report aplication from the "Go to" tab.

It says that "An error occurred when starting the Contact Detail Reports application. Contact an administrator"

Btw, someone knows where are the logs from the UI but in the computer of an agent or a supervisor not the logs from the call center application.
