This error seems to be needing some investigation on why it happens... Is it possible for you to get the below details and raise a Service Request with Backbone so that someone can look into the issue...

Also if the AACC SIP or AML..

I have just updated my AML and SIP to 6.4 in the lab but did not see any similar errors...

Kindly get the below details please..
1. Neat File from AACC
2. Application and Event logs from AACC.
3. D:/Avaya/logs/CCMS logs as well please...

Is the error still present on the system... Is there any impact seen to the system specially with regards to MAS Services ??
