Default Support Site Tip: Customize Your Dashboard

Have you checked out the personalized Dashboard on support.avaya.com? If you are logged in, click the Support Home tab in the top navigation menu. It will open a customizable Dashboard that puts relevant information at your finger tips.
  • In My Products, you can add up to 20 products that you reference the most. Quick links under each product will take you directly to the Latest Product Notices, Top Downloads and User Guides. Just click Add or Remove at the bottom of the list to customize.
  • Up to 10 of your recent Open and Closed Service Requests displays on the right. These include tickets that you've created or are listed as a Primary Contact. Click on any ticket to see details, escalate, or add an update or attachment.
  • New: We've added a shortcut to open new service requests/cases from your dashboard. Just click the Create Service Request button.
  • Related Top Solutions shows the most popular knowledge-base articles related to the top five of your products. Did you know that over 50% of calls to our contact center are resolvable via knowledge-base articles?
  • Related Tools is another customizable list that provides quick access to tools that you use the most -- from Manage Alarms to IP Office Password Management.
  • Announcements delivers important or timely information regarding outages or new information on the Support website.
