Default 1000MG With crosstalk

We have a customer with a 1000MG running 7.65. Customer is reporting sporadic crosstalk on contact center calls waiting in queue. When a agent answers call the crosstalk goes away. I have ran 360 test and backplane tests on all Fiji's and everything passed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
