Also wanted to make sure and give big kudos to AVAYA for putting the focus on the application / experience verses the device!

I must say, over the last year or so AVAYA Labs have nailed everything! AURA with SIP (Session Manager), Virtualization and now Video. They even got it right in the presentation the other day by saying: "Why would you maintaining two separate real-time infrastructures" when talking about desktop video integration.

The only thing that will stop AVAYA, is if sales, service and support can not deliver these incredible technologies. ...and this is a valid concern as AVAYA and the Nortel folks are still trying to hire and convert folks to obtain the skills required to sell, implement and maintain this new technology. That is the one and only thing Cisco "may" have over them.
