The version of Voicemail Pro should match the version of the IP Office system. Beyond that it doesn't have to be the same VMPro, get the latest build you can. So if you IP Office is 9.0 get the latest 9.0 VMPro.

As long as you move the right folders everything in the mailboxes (including names and greetings) should work just fine on the new system. The best way is to use the backup & restore settings within the VMPro client to create a full backup and then restore that onto the new server.
