Thumbs down Problem with Personal Attendant

When someone want to leave a voicemail with the General Delivery Mailbox, I want the call to be automatically transferred to my personal voice mailbox. According to the manual Personal Attendant can do this. When I configured Personal Attendant and tested the system no voicemail was left at my extension, only in the General Delivery Mailbox. I need help. Any suggestions are appreciated.
