Hi,

If it is a H.323 phone then you can only upload a "screensaver", that displays when the phone is idle for sometime.

In the 46xxsettings.txt file you can use the below parameters for it.
SET SCREENSAVERON
SET SCREENSAVER filename

If it is a SIP Phone, then you can use background logos with parameter

SET LOGOS filename
