Default One-X Quick Edition

Okay, the customer found the password and I can access the system but I have a couple of issues I am trying to resolve while learning the system.

1. None of the feature buttons operate (i.e. transfer, conference, mute, etc.)
2. I am trying to get the voice mail to email to work and not having any luck.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
