Default Avaya CMS reports

Hi ,

I am new to CMS reports .
One of my customer has Migrated from Nortel CC platform to Avaya Elite platform .
Earlier they used to have reports in CCMA and requirement is we need similar reports in CMS if possible .

For example Need to have a report which can show Calls Offered, Calls Answered, Calls Abandoned, Answered after Threshold, Abandoned After Threshold in a single report just like what it was there in CCMA .

Is it possible through Designer report ? or is there any customization required through APS ?

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to address this but I couldn't find this info anywhere .
