Hi

I checked the source of Recalls information which is reflecting in the Jobmon(CUI) and found it is coming from Dialer database, Hence moving further we need to verify is there any way to incorporate this information on GUI(Moniter). But for this development/R&D assistance is required, I would like to suggest you to open a case with Avaya-PDS backbone, so that they will verify the exact possibilities on that
