Exclamation nortel T7316

i need help with the log code, i tried the 4 digit extension numbers provided but was unable to log in. We had services with Nortel but Avaya bought it out, so could you please assist me with the issue?

kindly provide some more details on the issue please..

1. What is the System that is being refferred here?
2. What is the version of the system?
3. What is the issue at hand ?
4. Kindly explain the symptoms of the issue,,, like any error messages etc..
