Default Elite MCU 6140- Video loss Issue

Hi, I am using Elite MCU 6140 and observed that during video conference the remote participants video was not received whereas audio is received. On checking the video properties I found 0fps/0kbps.

Conference details,
Location A,B & C were installed with Lifesize Express endpoints.
MCU is placed at location A with dedicated Bandwidth of 3Mbps similarly location B & C were allocated 1Mbps Bandwidth each.

Conference service has been created in MCU with default Bandwidth as 512Kbps hence the maximum bandwidth utilization for connecting three location is 1.5Mbps.

Could someone explain why the video loss is observed?

Hi Giri,

Bandwidth seems ok.
Possibly we need to check the setup and the logs .If this radvision is purchased with Avaya kindly please raise a Service request to investigate this further.
If it is purchased from Radvision then you need to raise a Ticket with Radvision.
