Default Avaya Aura CCMS HA ver 6.2
Hi 4 all
I have performed High Availability CCMS , the last steps in this process was a switch over test
i made the test , everything in going fine both servers are switched without any drop calls
but the screen in both server still shows that switch over in progress for more than 2 hours!
my question is how long it will take normally to complete the switch over process ?
