We are facing a strange issue in the customer site, when we try to login as supervisor in any of the customer PCs, we are getting a page not found error, but at same time when i log in as supervisor in my PC connected to the customer LAN i am not getting any errors.
What could be the reason? Also i want to know the number licenses consumed by Agent and Supervisor, is it from the WebLM. |

The issues was with DNS entry in host file and trusted site in internet explorer.
Fixed it as per the installation guide and worked like a charm. |

Maybe when you install UI, you fill IPOCC IP address instead of IPOCC hostname. You can define host file of PC's Supervisor.
