You can program a button int-aut-ans which you can activate to answer internal called numbers. There is no option outside ACD for external calls to auto answer

SET HEADSYS 1
HEADSYS specifies whether the telephone will go on-hook if the headset is active when a
Disconnect message is received.

Question What Do You Want to Happen Please?

Please state what you want to happen in this "auto-answer." That can mean a variety of things. Do you have a normal business case or issue that you are trying to address?
