Hi Guys,
Just set up a basic IVR for one of our departments, they are insistent they want to be able to use "if you know the extension number please enter it now". we have this working that's fine but we want to check that variable against a list of extensions if true allow through if false then onto another ivr menu. We are using ACCS 7.1 any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. |

Is the IVR in ACCS or in Voicemail Pro?
If in Voicemail Pro, a Test Variable action can be set to match whether the variable holding the number entered by the caller matches an user and/or hunt group extension number. |
