you may need to do SNMP on the phones or use syslog server to get station registration or un-registration from messages log file.

Dear colleagues,
I created in zabbix host "cm" (cm6.3.0) with templates: “Template IP-stations Reg” with item “Number of registered IP-stations” which is OK, and “Template IP-stations unReg” with item “Unregistered IP-stations” which is not. Item “Number of registered IP-stations” Works (see attachment): linux-20fr:~ # snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.0.211 .1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.8.1.2.35 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.6889.2.8.1.2.35.0 = INTEGER: 2 item “Unregistered IP-stations” doesn't work (No Such Instance currently exist at this OID), although both snmp command are OK (see attachment): linux-20fr:~ # snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.0.211 .1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.8.1.133.6.1.1 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.6889.2.8.1.133.6.1.1.4.54.48.48.4 9 = STRING: "6001" SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.6889.2.8.1.133.6.1.1.4.54.48.48.5 0 = STRING: "6002" Both OIDs are from G3-AVAYA-MIB database. What is correct OID for unregistered IP-stations, which zabbix understand? |

why don't you query SNMP query directly on phone ip. you have enable snmp in the 46xx file and give the snmp server ip. Reboot your phone and if phone is live it will give back the output or no info if unregistered.
