Unhappy IPO Demo Kit

Hello everybody,

My company is the new Avaya distributor. so that we order one Demo Kit. it is included:

1 IP 500v2
1 ERS 3500
2 Servers
5 IP phones
1 Scopia XT5000
1 ASBCE R6.2

How I can do with them. Please advise me.

Hello Vnhan,

The purpose of demo kit is to enable your team/company have hands-on implementation or usage experience. Hence, you are expected to have the solution deployed in your office environment and if not your office environment, you can create a lab in one of your offices.

There are documentations for deploying IPO 500v2 as well as the Server version on IP Office Knowledge Base site. You can create extensions that can be used with the phone boxes or softphones on thesame network. The network am talking about here expects you to make use of the ERS to connect.

Also, you have a Scopia XT with embeded MCU, you are expected to deploy that in your conference room. It can be used to communicate with people outside your organization and it can be very useful to demostrate to your potential clients either by them coming over or someone visiting them in their office and letting them connect to your office from their mobile devices (Phones or iPads) with a member of your team on standby in your conference room.

Documents to help you deploy all your demokits can be found on sales.avaya.com and support.avaya.com
