Unhappy Fresh install AACC6.3 SP10 , no website for Contact Center Manager Administration

Dear all
I had installed Avaya Aura Contact Center R6.3 with Avaya Communication Server 1000E R7.5 , two times .
when I try Logging on to Contact Center Manager Administration,
an error appear on INTERNET explorer 9
Error Summary:
HTTP Error 404.3
- Not Found

applying AACC_63_ServicePack10_Patches-0006
applying AACC_63_ServicePack10_Patches-0015
server commissioning

kindly guide me to complete the installation of AACC6.3
