Hi all ,
We have configured the CRM connector included in IPOCC 10.1. with Salesforce . I cannot find anything related to the necessary permissions in the documentation and it seems to only work with a specific permission "View Setup & configuration" . Our Salesforce team are understandably not happy to grant it in a production environment as it is an Admin permission which exposes all the configuration to IPOCC users .
