Question Looking for a Pager Company with Great Customer Service

We are an insurer of health care. And as people in the industry know we are hanging on to our pagers no matter what technology comes along.

Given that our current pager vendor has pretty poor customer service, I am looking for recommendations. Cost if not as important to me as is . . .
• coverage in RI and the bordering areas of MA and CT
• good customer service.

If you have a good relationship with a vendor you like, please let me know.
