I have installed a new AACC 6.2 SP5 co-resident and successfully added WebLM license through configuration of Contact Center Licencing. Nevertheless, on Element Manager there is a critical alarm about licensing. Does anyone knows what is the licencing procedure for AMS?

Send email to licensekeyreq@avaya.com with request .lic-file
Lic-file contain all needed license for AMS
