Default How to do CTI integration between AES and Siebel

I need help in integrating where I need to integrated AVAYA CM with Siebel CTI with the help of AES. Can anyone suggest me what are the documents I need to refer and How can I get it ?

Any help is really appreciated. Please help, with Path and name of the Book/Doc if possible, so that I can download. Thank you Pragati

Default How to do CTI integration between AES and Siebel

looks like you are looking for CT for Siebel solution.
few year back CT 4 Siebel went end of life and end of Support as an Avaya Product. However Avaya APS team provides it has Custom offer for our interested customer and also customer has option to buy maintenance on it. I would recommend contacting your account manager to involve Avaya Professional services also you can send a email to proservices@avaya.com.

Hi there, pragatimasu2003. A friend of mine tried using a third party solution called Tenfold for the integration. If I remember correctly, it's been almost a year now since they started using it, and so far it's been running good for them.
