Default Different Call End details

We have two different applications and both are done the same way but one shows NearEndDisconnect: Application exited and the other one shows NearEndDisconnect : EndSession
Why would we have these two, what do they tell us.

Beside that we have Far End Disconnects noted as ERRORS, Far End Disconnects: Unknown Reason. Then we have Near End Disconnects, some noted as "Application Exited", while some say "Application Exited Error", in addition to End Session Errors.

Is there a more details explantion on these specific end types on when one occurs.

One of the call had farEndDisconnect : Hangup [ERRORS] end details and the log viewer showed below error but the call went just fine. What is the below error for?
Failed initializing socket for url = http://localhost:7080/prompts/app/Global.CallXferRec.Prompt.wav
Socket Error in function SWIsocket::connect, WSA_ERROR_NAME: errno, errorCode: 107

This has to checked in the MPP logs with FINEST level to determine the cause for each termination. 107 error indicates a network issue.
