Agents need to be able to see how long they have been on Project break or Lunch break. I don’t see any timer count on Agent WebUI to indicate how long the agent has been on break for.
How can i implement this ? |

IPOCC WebUI Timer needs to show for agent break. I need to show this break Timer of agent both in agent and supervisor WebUI.

But is there any way to just show a timer of the Break status even if break codes are not used on the RT
I did try and use the A state dur. which updates when the Agents goes on Break but if the Agent receives an internal call while away from their handset which they do not answer. The timer resets as the A state is changed to busy while ringing. |
