Hello,
Has anyone ever launched post call survey in IPOCC? Is it possible? I thought to use a script "Callback" with automatic Agent, which play the announcement, get DTMF from caller and save record to the external database. Maybe someone has a better idea? I will be grateful for any help and suggestion. Regards Marcin |

You could add AWFOS (WFO Select) which does has a survey module
