Default Screenshots of Avaya Vantage devices

I'm trying to do some user documentation for Avaya Vantage devices running the Avaya Vantage Basic app. I would like to get some screen shots but that feature doesn't appear to be available on the device and the Avaya Vantage Basic app can't be installed on anything but the Vantage device. Anyone know how I can get screenshots?

Yep, the lack of power switch is a problem. So we point a real Android phone at the Vantage phone (having been on Amazon to get a camera tripod adaptor that can hold mobile phones and comes with a bluetooth clicker that can activate the shutter. Sounds crude but actually very high res.
