Default Lab call conference link not accessible

We are using dev-116 lab. When we practice exercise #2 of "Avaya Breeze™ Java SDK Boot Camp", the call conference link (https://135.169.16.14/scopia/mt/org1...81532&autojoin) is not accessible. Is there any Scopia configuration we need to change in order to make this work?
