Default Onexc 6.1.7.04??

Hello - We are having issues with this client on a CM 6.2. We are running this as H.323. It is creating some type of conflict with Outlook 2010. When we try to attach a file in outlook 2010 the application (outlook 2010) becomes frozen. You need to go into task manager to close outlook. The only way to resolve this issue is removing ONEXC 6.1.7.04 from the machine. We tried a different client 6.0.1.16 but that does not work. When we try to register it says the phone type is not supported.

1. Is there a compatibilty issue between Outlook 2010 and ONEXC 6.1.7.04?
2. Is ONEXC 6.0.1.16 not supported on CM 6.2?

Thanks..
