Has anyone experienced a problem with using one-X to listen to VM messages through the web browser, choosing the browser option in the profiles section of one-X. able to listen to VM messages using the phone option.
the Health settings in one-X Administration have been confirmed, one-X sees the VM Pro server and is available . Using Firefox for web browser also tried IE9,IE11 and chrome neither works. one-X version 8.1.93.40 VM Pro 8.1( Preferred Edition) |

To do this, you must have UMS installed on your server.
If you are using a Windows server, be sure your installation meets the One-X Portal pre-requistes. When installing VoiceMail Pro, select "Web Voicemail" option - if it doesn't appears, then your server does not meet the pre-requistes...

don't have the install disc, can it be done from C:Avaya folder? or can I re-download the software from Avaya support and attempt to run the install that way.
